9.6.1917: The battalion moved from Boeschepe to Kemmel, where they stayed till 6.00pm before relieving the 9th Dublin Fusiliers in the reserve line (Mauve Line). Relief completed at
about 11.30am
13.6.1917: On the night of 12th and 13th the battalion went out to dig two communication trenches, the right one starting from 0. 27 and 74 and running to 028 and 96. We had 30
casualties.
[In the war diary one of those shown as wounded was Pte Goodall, he died the following day]
